We would always recommend the following as a good daily routine for looking after your smile:
- Brush twice a day with a pea size drop of fluoride toothpaste, using a small circular action covering all surfaces of each tooth
- Change toothbrush at least every 3 months or when the bristles get out of shape
- Clean between each tooth using floss or interdental brushes
- Try to have no more than 2 sugary snacks/drinks per day. Generally teeth can tolerate sugar up to 5 times per day if they are brushed twice per day with fluoride toothpaste
….and of course, visit your Dentist regularly.
